Welcome to AsetPrep. We are delighted that you chose AsetPrep for your ASET test preparation. Please read these terms and conditions and contact us if you have any questions.

Preamble

Access to this website is strictly subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement below. In this agreement, "we" and "us" refer to AsetPrep, 'the Site/website' refers to asetprep.com.au and "you" refers to the applicant.

01. General

The products and services displayed on this website are limited to persons who are eligible to enter into contracts under applicable laws. AsetPrep reserves the right to reject your application to become a registered user and to suspend user privileges of any registered user who violates this Agreement. Use of this website implies your consent to this Agreement. AsetPrep's packages are for purchase by bona fide applicants only, i.e., those preparing for and sitting ASET exams.

02. Refund/Return Policy

Returns, refunds or exchanges will not be provided unless there are exceptional circumstances and the decision whether to provide a return, refund or exchange is solely at AsetPrep's discretion. All requests for refunds will incur an administration and banking surcharge of at least 20%.

03. Fees and Currency

All fees are payable in Australian Dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to change our prices by posting notice to your account and/or website. Any disputes regarding fees must be reported to [email protected] within 72 hours of the date of the disputed invoice.

04. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content included on the Site is the sole property of AsetPrep and is protected by Australian copyright and other intellectual property laws. All material is meant for personal use only. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution of site content is strictly prohibited.

05. Limitation of Liability

AsetPrep shall not be liable for any direct, special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages incurred arising out of the use or the inability to use this website. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee the completeness or timeliness of information provided.

06. GATE Masterclass Success Guarantee

At AsetPrep, we are confident in the efficacy of our program and stand behind our promise to deliver exceptional value and results. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on select programs, contingent upon the student's full and dedicated participation.

To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, the following conditions must be met in their entirety:

  1. Full Program Completion: The student must have completed 100% of the video lessons within our online Masterclass series. Program progress will be verified by our platform's internal tracking system.
  2. Diligent Practice Engagement: The student must have completed a minimum of fifty percent (50%) of all available practice exams and topic-specific quizzes within their AsetPrep account prior to the official exam date.
  3. Proof of Outcome: The parent or guardian must provide official, unaltered correspondence from the relevant Department of Education demonstrating that the student was not offered a place at a selective entry high school for the corresponding academic year.

To Initiate a Claim

All claims must be submitted via email to [email protected] within 14 calendar days of the official offers being released by the Department of Education. The email must include the student's full name, the parent's full name, and the official documentation as an attachment.

Upon receipt of a claim, AsetPrep will conduct an internal audit to verify that all eligibility conditions have been met. AsetPrep reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether the conditions have been satisfied.

If the claim is verified and approved, a full refund of the program fees paid will be processed to the original payment method within 30 business days. This guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the fees paid for the specific, eligible program. Failure to comply with any of the conditions outlined above will render the participant ineligible for a refund.

07. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your AsetPrep subscription at any time, with no fees, lock-in periods, or cancellation penalties. Cancellation can be initiated directly from your account settings, or by emailing [email protected].

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period (weekly or monthly, depending on your plan), after which no further charges will be made. You will continue to have access to all paid features until the end of that billing period.

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals only, it does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid for the current or any prior billing period. Refund requests outside of cancellation are governed by Section 02 (Refund/Return Policy) and Section 06 (GATE Masterclass Success Guarantee), where applicable.
